At Celestite, customer care is our first priority and this is why if you wish to exchange or return an item we are just a click away!
Any article purchased from us can be exchanged within 7 days but the customers will have to pay the courier charges for exchange pickup or for return.

Conditions That Qualify For an Exchange
The package is qualified to be returned or exchanged only if;

• It is unused
• All tags are intact
• The packaging is in its original state.
• A valid reason is provided for exchange such as the sizing is incorrect.
Any exchange request which falls outside the 7-day time frame will not be accepted.
